Practice University Golf Club is the place to be if you are a golfer or inspiring golfer. We have a full size grass tee driving range that is covered for those days of inclement weather. Our two full size putting greens are available for you to practice your putting and chipping. Learn Our private teaching area is complete with video analysis, and all of the latest teaching aids to help you with your specific issues. The private teaching area provides you with a casual and non-intimidating learning environment, and many targets to shoot at. We also have a private short game area for learning your sand play, putting, chipping, pitching, full shots and trouble shots. To inquire about golf lessons please call the lesson line 604.224.7799 Play Carved out of the pristine forests of the University Endowment Lands, the 18-hole par-72, 6700 yard, course is a favourite among casual golfers and regulars alike. First played in 1929, the course at the University Golf Club presents Todday's golfers with a mature landscape that can be challenging at times and forgiving at others. Tall, majestic trees and well-established foliage line the spectacular fairways; it's easy for golfers to forget that they're just minutes from downtown Vancouver. The relatively level terrain from hole to hole makes power carts optional and many opt to enjoy the tradition of the game by walking. However you choose to get around, your time on our course will be time well spent. Public bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. We have a large sundeck, and relaxed atmosphere to help you wash away those rounds you don't want to remember, or help you celebrate you memorable experience on the course.
